Product Use and Acceptance

1. Visual Safety Checks: We conduct a visual safety check of all donated products before including them in product-kits. However, we do not conduct detailed testing or analysis of the products.

2. Acceptance of Risk: By accepting and using a product kit, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Productive cannot guarantee that products have not been tampered with or that they are free from allergens or other harmful ingredients.

3. Ingredient Awareness: Some donated products may not have clear ingredient lists. If you have allergies or sensitivities, it is your responsibility to carefully inspect the products and use your best judgment before using them.

4. No Liability: Productive, its volunteers, and partner organisations are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages that may occur from using the products included in the kits.
    

Distribution through Partners

1. Partner Organisations: We distribute our product kits exclusively through trusted partner organisations with established networks of service users.

2. No Direct Distribution: Productive does not distribute kits directly to individuals. If you are in need of a kit, please contact us so we can share the details of our partner organisations who may be able to help.
    

Privacy and Data Protection

1. Data Collection: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. We do not collect personal data through the distribution of product kits.

2. Partner Privacy Policies: Our partner organisations may have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review these policies when receiving a kit through them.
